I'm very excited about Sunlight, my newest book coming out in September. Sunlight is part of the Vampire Oracle series written by 25 amazing authors (well, 24 and me--grin)
While writing Sunlight, I suggested to one of those authors, L. Shannon whose book is Love, that we should link our stories. She agreed. Her hero, Dillon, and mine, Johnathan, are brothers and part of a bigger group of vampires known as the Steel City Vampires.
To introduce readers to Dillon and Johnathan before the release dates--we decided to write a new story and give it away! Why??

One of the Benefits of Getting up at 3:30 a.m.
You see the news as it breaks...like this fresh, new, sparkling blog.
My book is Sunlight. I've finished the first draft...can't wait to read them all!
Johnathan loves his neighbor, Lenora, but he's a vampire who looks 23 and she's a human of 43. When he reveals his hunger for her, she tells him to find someone his own age. Johnathan smells and tastes her arousal and knows she wants him, and his life of hunting drug dealers is nothing compared to the life he imagines with her in his arms.
The evening Lenora receives a Sunlight tarot card in the mail, Johnathan listens to her read it aloud: “Painful memories and the future must collide and find resolution.” Johnathan's resolution: she will be his, forever.
